Example KICKSTARTER Lifetime Licensed Printer Agreement

This Licence agreement covers the ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge.

This page contains information about proper licensed printing and resale of 3D models designed by David Sheff Models

Listing Attribution

For each for-sale listing that Example has on Hyperlink that includes models from David Sheff Models you must include the below Licence image and contain a link to this licence page (where allowed by your retail platform).

This needs to be a part of the product listing description, it can be at the bottom or end and must hyperlink back to Example’s licence page.

Term

This licence covers lifetime commercial distribution, commencing Date From and ending Date To.

Distribution includes only physical prints or finished products created using the models in the ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge

The STLs may NOT be resold or transferred to third parties.

Permission is not granted to use David Sheff Models STL products in whole or in part in your own 3d models for profit or otherwise without prior consent.

After expiry Example is not authorized to sell any printed models covered by this licence agreement.

What Licensing Covers

A license agreement with David Sheff Models permits Example to sell physical prints of our ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge models. Example is not permitted to sell or share the digital STL files to third parties in any manner.

How Example groups, presents, or prices the models is at the discretion of the reseller. Example can mix and match items, sell subsets of complete ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge, sell unpainted or finished physical models.

Example is granted the use of any relevant promotional media in support of your listings for David Sheff Models products from sources such as the David Sheff Models website https://www.davidsheffmodels.com/home or YouTube channel

As part of this licence we have made available our image library for ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge related material that you might find useful.

Files And STL Access

Becoming a licensed printer does NOT give Example free access to any David Sheff Models not included within ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge file set.

Having this print licence does not allow Example to sell models not part of ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge purchased from David Sheff Models during the same or other transactions.

Special Kickstarter Notes

This normal reseller agreement does not permit selling of items from other Kickstarter packages.

Getting Licensed

By making your purchase through Kickstarter and completing the questionnaire, we have completed the licencing process for this term.

I have the information we need to check in and make sure everything is going well.

End Of Term

There is no end of term for the ScumCity Total ScumCity Pledge.
